Fine-limit sheet-metal fabrication UK
B&Z provides precision welding and fabrication for fine-limit sheet-metal assemblies in mild steel, stainless and aluminium. We deliver clean, accurate builds using MIG/MAG, TIG and spot/stud welding, with jigs and sensible heat control to minimise distortion and hit tight assembly tolerances.
Parts can be dressed and finished in-house, with hardware fitted (PEM inserts, studs, hinges, gaskets) for ready-to-use enclosures, frames and brackets.
We accept DXF, DWG and PDF, offer fast feedback and manage projects from prototype to production.
