CUSTOM SPEC SHEET METAL BENDING UK
B&Z provides precision hand press sheet metal folding for parts in mild steel, stainless and aluminium. From laser-cut blanks to finished enclosures, brackets and panels, we deliver consistent bend angles, clean radii and repeatable results using air-bending and bottoming with quality tooling.
Our custom tooling capabilties enable us to provide totally bespoke bends, and folds.
Our engineers advise on bend allowances, K-factor, grain direction and minimum flange so parts assemble square and finish perfectly. Files in DXF/DWG and PDF are welcome, and we can take projects end-to-end with welding, hardware insertion and powder coating.
